At Virtual Horses Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a generous 30-day return policy.
This will give you plenty of time to inspect your purchase and be sure that you are happy with it. If, however, you are not satisfied, you can return any item that is in its original new condition and does not have custom engraving. The item must be returned within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or for an exchange.
When returning an item, the customer should use certified / signature required US Postal, FedEx or UPS. It is the responsibility of the customer to insure the returned item with their chosen carrier, and in the event that a return is lost through no fault of Virtual Horses Jewelry, the responsibility will fall upon the customer.
When we receive your return, we will review the item to make sure that it meets the qualifications and that it has not been engraved, altered, resized by anyone other than Virtual Horses Jewelry, damaged or shows signs of wear. Once this is established, your refund or your new item will be shipped back to you in just a few days. |
